The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping the new brand's identity and campaigns, collaborating with leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the brand strategy for the new brand
- Define brand positioning and narrative frameworks
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing, product, and communications
- Help establish the new brand as a distinct and compelling brand in the market
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines across visual, voice, and messaging systems
- Partner with design and creative teams to ensure consistent execution
- Oversee brand assets across marketing materials, website, and product experiences
- Develop and launch integrated brand campaigns that build awareness and excitement
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to produce brand content
- Develop strategies to strengthen emotional connection with target audiences
- Ensure campaigns reinforce long-term brand positioning and audience connection
- Work with internal teams and partners to shape how the new brand shows up in media, culture, and community conversations
- Collaborate with PR agencies, creators, and partners to generate earned media, cultural moments, and brand visibility
- Identify opportunities for the new brand to participate in relevant cultural conversations, trends, and communities
- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Support product launches and new feature announcements with strong brand narratives
- Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and customer experience
- Define and monitor brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, perception)
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize brand initiatives over time
- Provide updates on brand development and impact
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing and brand strategy
- Experience launching or growing emerging brands
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Track record of developing brand campaigns or storytelling initiatives that generated awareness and engagement
- Ability to translate business strategy into compelling brand narratives
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in consumer apps, social platforms, or digital products is a plus
