Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead global sales enablement efforts for large advertisers, focusing on developing audience-first content that drives measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global sales enablement materials tailored to large advertisers and agency partners
- Author high-impact content for marketing-savvy audiences, from C-suite executives to practitioners
- Support major brand summits, including keynote messaging, talk tracks, and executive content development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, communications, legal, privacy, and other stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities using client, sales, and product insights
- Create audience-centric materials that drive awareness and adoption of brand solutions
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing impact
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment across teams
- Continuously refine strategy based on industry trends and product evolution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology, media, or marketing
- Proven ability to build compelling, inspirational marketing content
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within complex organizational structures
- Subject matter expertise in large B2C advertising campaigns
- Experience launching and driving adoption of new products/services (GenAI experience preferred)
- Expertise in content creation and digital marketing
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- Experience translating data insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience working with large advertisers
- Background in CPG and/or Retail verticals
- Prior experience in a large-scale global technology or media organization
