Responsibilities:
- Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track
- Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards
- Conduct quality reviews of work products and status reports
- Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on stakeholder input
- Lead process optimization initiatives and develop reporting frameworks
- Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary
Requirements:
- 15+ years of project management experience
- Experience in process optimization and performance management
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with learning and development projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing utility or power generation projects
