Practifi is a financial technology company that values a collaborative culture and genuine care among its employees. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for their CRM platform and AI-powered capabilities, ensuring that complex functionalities are translated into compelling value propositions for wealth management firms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve product positioning and messaging for core Practifi capabilities and Practifi Intelligence. This means developing clear value propositions that financial advisors actually understand and care about, not just feature lists
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and major enhancements. You'll shape launch scope, sequencing, and narrative framing in partnership with Product, then drive execution through cross-functional coordination
- Develop high-impact sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive positioning. These materials need to address real buyer objections and fit actual sales motion realities
- Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing insights from sales, customer success, support, and user research. Translate customer feedback into actionable messaging improvements and product marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven experience owning product positioning and go-to-market execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Sales teams
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to influence without authority
- US-based in Central or Eastern time zones (Chicago or Philadelphia preferred for occasional in-person collaboration)
- Someone who's comfortable being themselves (pets bombing Zoom calls welcome)
- Curiosity about how things work and how they could work better
- Appreciation for transparency (we share everything—pay, challenges, wins)
- Collaborative spirit (our Slack channels cover everything from work projects to reality TV)
- Experience marketing AI-driven or data-intensive products
- Exposure to CRM platforms, financial services, or regulated industries
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales motions
