ReturnRev is a UK-focused reverse logistics platform helping e-commerce brands regain control over returns. They are seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Representative to identify and target high-fit e-commerce brands, build outbound campaigns, and conduct discovery conversations to assess return volume and operational maturity.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting high-fit e-commerce brands
- Building outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Booking qualified meetings with COOs, Heads of Ops, Founders
- Conducting discovery conversations to assess return volume and operational maturity
- Working closely with leadership to refine messaging and ICP targeting
- Identify UK-based DTC brands (£5M–£30M revenue)
- Prioritise categories with high return rates (apparel, footwear, accessories)
- Research operations maturity and 3PL usage
- Build high-quality prospect lists (not generic databases)
- Personalised LinkedIn outreach
- Structured email cadences
- Strategic follow-ups (not generic “just bumping this”)
- Cold calling where appropriate
- Weekly reporting on activity & pipeline value
- Feedback on messaging performance
- Contribute to outbound angle testing
- Identify new vertical opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B outbound sales (preferably Ecom or logistics)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, sequencing tools
- Commercially curious
- Comfortable speaking with senior operators
- Able to understand margin, operations, and supply chain basics
- Not afraid of direct conversations
- Structured in your approach
- Experience selling to UK mid-market businesses preferred
