Project Manager

Westinghouse Electric Company is a global leader in nuclear energy, and they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution. This role involves managing timelines, monitoring progress, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
• Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track
• Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards
• Conduct quality reviews of work products and status report
• Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on team member input
• Lead process optimization projects and develop reporting frameworks
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels

Requirements:

• 15+ years of project management experience
• Experience in process optimization and performance management
• Advanced skills in data analysis
• Experience with learning and development projects
• Experience managing utility or power generation projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
