Yoodli AI Roleplays is redefining how individuals and teams master communication through its AI roleplay simulator. The Solutions Engineer will work at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering to enhance customer experiences and support onboarding and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers get the most out of Yoodli
- Guiding architecture reviews
- Crafting tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value
- Support customers through onboarding and integrations
- Tackle RFPs, security reviews, or the support tickets to keep things moving
- Become a trusted advocate for our users
- Translating their real-world needs into product insights
- Building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
- Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
