Kforce Inc is hiring Business Analysts - Contract Admin Coordinators to support contract compliance and administration activities within the Provider Network Contracting organization. The role involves managing contract documentation, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and maintain contract documents and templates
- Manage contract documentation through established contracting and compliance workflows
- Coordinate with internal matrix partners to communicate contract status, timelines, and key terms
- Support contract language development, preparation, and submission to regulatory bodies
- Import regulator approved contract templates and implement negotiated agreements into the client's Contract Management system
- Contribute to process optimization and system enhancements as a business subject matter expert
- Develop, maintain, and support an alternative contract language library
- Perform quality checks and ongoing monitoring to ensure contractual documents comply with SLAs, departmental policies, and legal/regulatory requirements
- Serve as a backup representative for the Contract Compliance function on contract template, compliance, legal, and regulatory inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred
- Prior experience in contract administration, compliance, business analysis, or regulated environments is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, including department specific applications
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with cross functional partners
- Candidates with strong document management, compliance, or contracting backgrounds will be highly successful
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, government, or similar) is beneficial, though not required
