UnitedHealthcare is the nation's largest TPA, providing consumer-oriented health benefit plans. The OnBase Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and development teams, focusing on workflow and document management within the OnBase application.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business units, IT teams, and external client units to support workflow and document management within the OnBase application
- Engage with business and operational teams to strategize, prioritize, develop, and support new and existing products and services within OnBase
- Schedule, host, and lead meetings related to project work; document all meetings and distribute notes to relevant teams
- Act as the primary communication conduct between business units, operational units, and the OnBase development team
- Facilitate and understand requirement-gathering activities, ensuring thorough documentation, analysis, and validation
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans; identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, business teams, and integrated IT partners
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and partners to reevaluate and prioritize ongoing development
- Analyze, design, and understand application/system specifications for solutions that address business needs, including methods for testing and installation
- Continually seek opportunities to engage emerging technologies within the OnBase application
- Work cooperatively within the OnBase team to scrutinize new development, configuration, and coding for efficiency and minimal business disruption

Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1+ years of experience using OnBase
- 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and implementing projects or procedures based on those requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Create/Edit, Formula Management)
- Experience with Microsoft Word (Creating/Editing/Managing documents)
- Experience scheduling, hosting, and leading meetings
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in your time zone (or 6:00 am - 3:00 pm shift, if preferred). Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
