They are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead their market positioning and go-to-market strategy, ensuring product alignment and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Positioning: Architect the overarching narrative and value exchange for the entire Affinity Solutions portfolio. Ensure a cohesive story that differentiates us across MarTech and FinTech
- GTM Orchestration and Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new and existing products. This includes defining market entry, packaging strategy, and coordinating multi-channel launches that align with high-level revenue targets
- Market Intelligence and Strategic Foresight: Direct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence programs. Act as the internal 'Voice of the Market' to influence the C-suite and product leadership on long-term investment and innovation
- Sales Transformation and Enablement: Partner with commercial leadership to build a world-class sales enablement engine. Ensure the commercial team is equipped not just with tools, but with the strategic insights required to win complex, enterprise-level deals
- Channel Strategy and Partner Growth: Lead the Channel Partner Marketing function to turn Affinity’s data, media, and technology alliances into a high-growth distribution engine. You will mentor a Senior Partner Marketing Manager in architecting scalable co-marketing frameworks and channel enablement programs, ensuring our partners are strategically positioned to advocate for Affinity’s solutions and drive consistent, high-volume client demand
- Performance Accountability and ROI: Establish and own the metrics for product marketing success. Analyze the impact of GTM initiatives on the sales pipeline, win rates, and customer lifetime value, optimizing resources to maximize ROI
- Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Orchestration: Directly manage and mentor a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to optimize our strategic alliances. Serve as a high-impact collaborator across all marketing functions—including Demand Gen, Content, Events, and Communications—to foster a unified culture of excellence, strategic rigor, and bias towards action that delivers measurable business results
Requirements:
- 10-12+ years of experience in product marketing, with significant time spent in senior product marketing roles within MarTech or SaaS-based companies
- Established track record of leading complex, multi-product portfolios and successfully scaling GTM functions in high-growth environments
- Master-level ability to synthesize complex data and technical capabilities into 'big picture' value propositions for C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to partner as a peer with Sales and Product VPs to drive revenue
- Exceptional ability to navigate organizational politics and align disparate stakeholders around a single strategic vision
- Experience beyond simply marketing products: able to define or redefine the categories in which they compete
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
