Senior Technical Program Manager

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead post-sales implementations of their B2B SaaS product. This role involves managing multi-resource delivery and ensuring effective customer communication throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead post-sales implementations of a true B2B SaaS product
• Run multi-resource delivery (engineers, stakeholders, timelines, risks)
• Delegate work across your pod -real resource management
• Stay hands-on technically when needed
• Own customer communication end-to-end

Requirements:

• 5+ years in implementation / solutions / TPM / delivery roles
• Experience leading multi-person implementations (not doing everything yourself)
• Strong program/project management in customer-facing environments
• Technical skills: SQL required + coding (JavaScript preferred)
• Comfortable with a SQL + algorithm interview round
• Strong communication skills - culture fit matters most
