WEKA is transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI and accelerated compute workflows with their innovative technology. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own competitive intelligence, pricing, and packaging to maintain a competitive edge in the AI infrastructure market, collaborating with various teams to refine positioning and deliver impactful insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own WEKA’s competitive analysis program: track key competitors, uncover strengths/weaknesses, and deliver actionable battlecards and insights for sales and product
- Partner with product, finance, and sales to refine pricing models and packaging for NeuralMesh, Axon, and AMG—balancing simplicity, value capture, and customer ROI
- Conduct research on market trends, customer buying behavior, and deal dynamics to inform product positioning and monetization strategies
- Equip sales, SEs, and partners with tools to win competitive deals (playbooks, objection handling, ROI/TCO models)
- Contribute competitive and market intelligence to analyst relations and thought leadership content
- Develop KPIs to measure pricing effectiveness, win rates, and competitive positioning success
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or strategy in enterprise infrastructure/software
- Hands-on experience in competitive analysis, win/loss programs, and pricing/packaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills to work across product, sales, finance, and executive leadership
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills; adept at building concise enablement materials
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
