Sand Cherry Associates excels in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through data-impowered solutions. The Project Manager will support the implementation of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management as part of a large-scale enterprise transformation program for a leading oil & gas organization, leading project execution and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day project management for the Oracle CLM implementation
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate activities across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams
- Manage vendors and system integrators, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate when required
- Support system design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment with enterprise program governance, standards, and stage-gate requirements
- Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans
- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting workstreams as needed
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CLM implementation or Oracle Procurement/Contracts modules
- Must have industry experience in Oil & Gas and/or Energy
- Proven experience partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO stakeholders
- Strong project management experience across design, build, test, and deploy phases
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, excel, and PPT for project tracking, reporting, and governance
- Vendor and third-party management experience
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with probabilistic or economic modeling tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
