Curate Partners is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a modern enterprise intranet platform. This role focuses on digital workplace strategy, collaboration technologies, and change management, requiring deep experience in delivering enterprise intranet platforms while considering both technical execution and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of a modern intranet platform (LumApps preferred; similar platforms considered)
- Manage system configuration, customization, and environment setup
- Oversee SSO and identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
- Coordinate data migration and content mapping efforts
- Manage API integrations with HRIS, knowledge systems, and other enterprise platforms
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture
- Design and guide information architecture and site structure
- Support employee experience design principles across the platform
- Establish governance frameworks for content ownership and lifecycle management
- Optimize search functionality, taxonomy, and content discoverability
- Partner closely with HR, Internal Communications, IT, and Executive Leadership
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and alignment sessions
- Balance business priorities with technical constraints
- Serve as the central point of coordination across workstreams
- Lead adoption strategy and rollout planning
- Develop and coordinate training programs
- Drive communication campaigns for launch and post-launch engagement
- Define and monitor engagement metrics and success KPIs
Requirements:
- 7–12+ years of project or program management experience
- Proven ownership of enterprise intranet or digital workplace implementations
- Hands-on experience with LumApps (strongly preferred) or similar platforms such as SharePoint Online, Google Workspace portals, Workplace by Meta, ServiceNow Employee Experience
- Strong understanding of digital workplace ecosystems
- Experience with identity management integrations (Azure AD, Okta)
- Knowledge of information architecture and governance models
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Understand employee experience, not just technology
- Comfortable working with content owners and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at navigating complex, cross-functional environments
- Confident leading both executive conversations and working sessions
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
