ATC Labs is a youth-powered consulting initiative under A Tiger Cub, focused on helping mission-driven organizations. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to lead outbound outreach efforts and grow strategic partnerships by identifying qualified prospects and closing pilot agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify qualified nonprofit, education, and community-based organizations
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and lead discovery conversations
- Present ATC Labs services clearly and professionally
- Close short-term pilot engagements
- Maintain organized pipeline tracking in CRM
- Provide feedback on messaging and positioning
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to engage professionally with executive directors, founders, and decision-makers
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Interest in mission-driven work and community impact
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or fundraising preferred
- Experience working with nonprofits, education institutions, or small businesses
- Demonstrated success closing deals or securing partnerships
