Uniguest is the global leader in providing highly secure, fully managed customer-facing technology solutions. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth for their SaaS-based digital engagement platform by engaging prospective partners and generating high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target resellers, integrators, and channel partners using a mix of outbound calls, emails, social selling, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound partner inquiries
- Qualify prospective partners by understanding their business model, vertical focus, current capabilities, and alignment with Uniguest’s partner program
- Articulate the value of partnering with Uniguest, including program tiers, margins, enablement resources, marketing development funds, and joint go-to-market opportunities
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and partner onboarding calls for Channel Account Managers
- Support Partner Program administration: track partner onboarding, certification progress, deal registration, and performance metrics in CRM and partner portal
- Assist with partner lead origination: identify new resellers through industry events, databases (e.g., ZoomInfo, BuildCentral), and referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce) for both partner and direct prospects
- Collaborate closely with Channel, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and partner enablement content
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, meeting, and partner program goals
- Continuously learn the product, market trends, competitive landscape, and partner program structure
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, channel sales support, or a customer/partner-facing role (SaaS or AV/tech experience strongly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both end-customers and channel partners effectively
- Comfortable engaging prospects and partners via phone, email, video, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate technology-driven solutions (AV, IPTV, digital signage, CMS)
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals and growth
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales loft) is a plus
- Familiarity with partner program administration, deal registration, or channel sales processes is a strong plus
- Interest in or experience with the channel/reseller ecosystem is preferred
