They are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to guide individuals in making informed decisions through a consultative approach, responding to warm inquiries and delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
- Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
- Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
- Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
- Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
- 5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups
- 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
- 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people
- Desire for a remote role with training and a clear growth path
- Self-motivated and open to coaching
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident willing to complete licensing and a background check
