LHH is partnering with a B2B SaaS client to recruit a Product Marketing Consultant specializing in Pricing and Packaging. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to navigate a pricing migration, aligning company messaging, and providing data-driven insights to support client buy-in for new pricing models.
Responsibilities:
- Join the product marketing function within this SaaS org as a pricing and packaging expert, working closely with marketing and sales teams to navigate a pricing migration and standardization project
- Negotiate and collaborate with company leaders, particularly focused on sales teams, to provide education on the transition and anticipate challenges
- Align company messaging across all teams with a focus on sales, streamlining and easing communication about the transition and providing sales teams with the information, data and training to communicate effectively to clients
- Conduct internal reviews, data analysis and research, working closely with finance teams to evaluate churn potential and estimated percentages and prepare for revenue impact
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on all thing pricing and packaging for the organization, supporting various teams in planning, messaging, strategy and more
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product marketing expertise in B2B SaaS products, with a track record of guiding pricing and packaging projects like this one
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to leverage data, research and other insights to drive buy-in for these changes
- Salesforce proficiency with experience reviewing customer data, analytics and insights
- Strategic mindset with strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, drive adoption and engagement, and a track record of working closely with sales teams
- Specialized experience in a dedicated pricing and packaging role
