NewRocket is seeking a hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to own end-to-end, omni-channel programs that generate demand and measurable pipeline. The role involves mapping campaigns to specific audiences and offerings, creating on-brand landing pages, emails, and social content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage omni-channel programs mapped to audience, offering, and funnel stage; manage program plans, timelines and deliverables
- Create landing pages, emails, and social posts aligned to brand guidelines
- Create thought leadership content in coordination with Subject Matter Experts in the form of high-quality webinars and video interviews
- Partner with Marketing Operations on targeting, segmentation, lead routing, and campaign tracking
- Coordinate target accounts and lead follow-up with Sales and deliver 'pre/during/post' communications for each program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage program timelines and ensure successful execution
- Own the corporate editorial calendar and publishing cadence for LinkedIn and YouTube
- Turn campaign moments into social packages (launch posts, short clips, recap posts, 'what we learned' threads)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end, omni-channel marketing programs
- Ability to map campaigns to specific audiences, offerings, and funnel stages
- Experience creating on-brand landing pages, emails, and social posts
- Experience creating thought leadership content in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
- Ability to partner with Marketing Operations on targeting, segmentation, lead routing, and campaign tracking
