The Senior Director of Product Marketing for Digital Assets will define the vision and lead the strategy for product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with customer needs and driving business growth through high-impact launches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally
- Drive go-to-market excellence, overseeing market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact
- Develop data-driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long-term growth
- Empower sales & partnerships by creating training programs, customer-facing content, and partner enablement assets that support revenue and adoption
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in-depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle stays ahead of the competition
- Steer high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in traditional finance, payments, DeFi, or crypto
- 5+ years of experience leading a product marketing function with demonstrated progression in a B2B organization
- Direct product marketing experience with a history of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies
- A deep understanding of platform services businesses, with the ability to navigate and articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and scale a high-performing, diverse, and global Product Marketing team to achieve results
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that showcase Circle's vision and value to customers and prospects
