Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, dedicated to transforming healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and execute the roadmap for their Care Delivery Platform, focusing on integrating AI to enhance clinical workflows and improve care delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand Maven's clinical workflows, care team operations, and provider needs — identify and prioritize opportunities across prescribing, care coordination, documentation, and operational tooling
- Partner with clinical, engineering, design, and operations leaders to define solutions and deliver prioritized work iteratively
- Own and drive product execution: translate needs into clear requirements, lead sprint rituals, and ship high-quality work on time
- Partner in shaping the care delivery product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Maven's AI-first vision and company OKRs
- Drive AI integration into care workflows — ensuring every capability ships with intelligence that helps providers and care teams work at the top of their license
- Use data, clinical evidence, user research, and operational signals to inform prioritization, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions
- Act as a product advocate across the organization — communicating clearly, leading demos, and aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building complex products in healthcare or care delivery — experience with clinical workflows, EHR integration, or provider-facing tools strongly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver and iterate on products in scrappy, fast-changing environments where ambiguity is the norm
- Experience partnering deeply with clinical teams, operations, and engineering to ship clinical products that work for real users
- Comfort diving into technical problems — APIs, cross-system workflows, data models — and communicating clearly across disciplines
- Strong product judgment and analytical rigor, with the ability to ground decisions in data, operational constraints, and clinical impact
- Excited about AI as both a product capability and a development accelerator — you use AI tools in your own work and think about how AI changes the products you build
- Self-driven to learn, adapt, and deliver in a rapidly growing company on a mission to make healthcare work for all of us
