Talent Groups is seeking a hands-on Inbound Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns within their Clinical Research Group. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive measurable performance across inbound channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM (Google Ads), paid social, display, and trade media
- Build audiences, manage trafficking, pacing, QA, and performance reporting
- Support ABM activation using platforms such as Demandbase and Propensity
- Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, attribution, Google Analytics)
- Partner with Marketing Operations to support HubSpot workflows and lead routing
- Coordinate with agencies and trade media partners on campaign activation and reporting
- Apply pharma/biotech audience insights to refine targeting and segmentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Hands-on paid media execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (Demandbase, Propensity)
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or clinical research
