The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the success of Thryv’s SaaS solutions by effectively communicating their value to small business owners and overseeing product marketing launches.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the overall value, messaging, brand and positioning of Thryv’s platform and products, directly impacting and increasing the overall revenue, engagement and competitiveness in the market
- Executes product launches and go-to-market strategy, partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, training, sales, and client success teams
- Leads Product Marketing team through creation, development and execution Thryv platform and product content, expanding new and innovative storytelling and education through interactive, video and other impactful materials that ensure the quality and integrity of the brand
- Improves overall client experience through strategy and creation of end-to-end life cycle tech touch that drive and deliver usage, engagement and impact overall NPS score while reducing churn
- Drives growth and development to the team, coaching through hands-on leadership, while empowering them to take initiative, work autonomously, and execute with high proficiency and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required
- 8+ years of related experience, required
- Comprehensive industry knowledge with an understanding of the product marketing lifecycle and the ability to lead through strategic and tactical marketing plans, leveraging data and tools to drive optimization and improvements
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS, Marketing Automation, CRM and sales software with the ability to utilize industry related tools such as Adobe, Cloud-based applications, Microsoft, etc
- Business acumen with big picture thinking and the ability to expand and increase the quality and value of product positioning and competitive landscape through story-telling and solving for client pain points
- Highly skilled in content creation and value positioning relating to product and marketing expertise with the ability to deliver new and innovative solutions to drive product value, messaging, and launch
- Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence others, collaborate across teams, and foster relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others through hands-on, player-coach approach
- Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and product launches with flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
