The Business Development Representative will engage with engineering leaders to drive business growth and cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads through collaboration with various teams and innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals
- Evaluating leads to determine their potential as customers based on established criteria
- Coordinating and arranging initial sales conversations
- Participating in relevant industry events as required
- Undertaking supplementary responsibilities as delegated
Requirements:
- Strong desire for career in tech sales
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- In-depth knowledge of creative prospecting techniques
- Self starter and learner, comfortable working in a startup environment and seamlessly shifting priorities based on new goals and learnings
- Proven ability overcoming obstacles through hard work, determination and creativity
