Rugiet is a fast-growing, Austin-based direct-to-consumer telemedicine company reinventing men’s health. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of their Paid Social channel, managing substantial budgets to drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy, setup, and day-to-day optimization of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and experimental channels)
- Manage 7-figure monthly budgets with a relentless focus on CAC targets
- Partner with the Creative team to build a high-velocity testing engine
- Work with our Analytics team to refine attribution models, ensuring we understand the true "Incrementality" of our social spend
- Collaborate with the Digital Product team to optimize post-click experiences, ensuring our landing pages convert at peak efficiency
- Ensure all creative and targeting strategies adhere to healthcare regulations (FDA, FTC, and HIPAA)
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 3+ years directly managing high-scale Paid Social accounts (D2C subscription and/or telehealth preferred)
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Snap Ads is non-negotiable
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). You should be comfortable building your own performance dashboards
- Proven track record of running rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding strategies
- Experience managing annual spends exceeding $50M+ while maintaining strict efficiency goals
- Previous experience in a regulated industry or telemedicine is a massive advantage
