Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Director of Product Marketing will define and lead the go-to-market strategy, shaping positioning and messaging while collaborating with various teams to differentiate Spring Health in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product, translating market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable product and business recommendations
- Architect and lead the end-to-end go-to-market process, transforming product capabilities into coordinated, high-impact launches
- Drive launch excellence across messaging, enablement, campaigns, and cross-functional execution
- Roll up your sleeves to lead or support priority launches and campaigns as needed
- Own and evolve Spring Health’s core platform messaging and value proposition across audiences and channels
- Develop scalable messaging frameworks, sales narratives, and playbooks that enable teams to clearly differentiate Spring Health in competitive deals
- Craft high-impact product narratives for executive communications, company keynotes, and customer advisory boards
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Define the product marketing org strategy, including hiring plans, operating model, goals, KPIs, and budget ownership
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, with significant experience in enterprise software or platform-based products
- Proven experience leading product marketing for a portfolio of products while maintaining a coherent, differentiated narrative
- Strong commercial instincts, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and competitive deal dynamics
- Exceptional ability to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with executive and buyer audiences
- Demonstrated track record of successful product launches that drove measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels—setting vision while remaining hands-on when needed
- Experience influencing product roadmaps through market, customer, and competitive insights
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
- Remote role (East Coast preferred)
