Business Development Representative (Part-Time, Remote – NY or Austin, NY preferred)

The Ladder Method is a leading executive-functioning and academic-coaching company that teaches students how to learn. They are seeking a motivated, part-time Business Development Representative to help drive company growth through strategic partnerships with schools, rehabs, hospitals, and other businesses that align with their mission nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new revenue by identifying, building relationships, and closing school and district partnerships
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads aligned with growth targets
• Develop customized partnership proposals that meet each school's needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategy, pricing, and new partnerships
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records and report on outreach and conversions
• Meet or exceed quarterly goals for growth, revenue, and partnership targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue-generating roles
• Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable owning results in a remote setting
• Familiarity with the K-12 ecosystem and student-support programs (executive functioning, SEL, or enrichment)
• Confident using CRMs, managing pipelines, and running virtual meetings
• Preference for candidates located in New York or Austin
