They are seeking a Director of Product Management for Year End and ACA Reporting to oversee a portfolio of products, drive strategy, and ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple products including Year End, ACA Reporting and Pay Statements
- Focus on strategy, product alignment, market intelligence, insight, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional consistency
- Be contributor to broader EES strategy, ensuring the roadmap supports enterprise objectives
- Drive both internal and external evangelism, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion opportunities, including M&A exploration
- Manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, encouraging performance and a culture of accountability
- Hire, coach, mentor, and performance management across the product organization
- Serve as the bridge between product teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross-functional effectiveness
- Promote strategy and communicating product roadmaps to audiences at all organizational levels
- Build a team that is bold, innovative, collaborative, and pushes boundaries
- You will report to the VP of Product Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience building software products
- 5 + years of experience in employer services, with expertise in payroll, tax statements, and/or ACA experience
- Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms
- Experience with Agile/Lean software development methodologies
- Employer Services Industry Expert – Deep experience in employer services with a focus on operations, client success, compliance-heavy products, and product management
- Experience leading, influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders and teams
- Experience managing initiatives from concept to execution with minimal structure
- Experience in client engagement, industry evangelism, partner collaboration, and external thought leadership
- Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes as well as learn new products and industries
