Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination
- Handling contract management and insurance communications
- Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Learning company services to provide accurate and helpful guidance
- Coordinating documentation, internal processes, and workflow systems
- Supporting leadership with operational and process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring timely follow-up and professional communication with all stakeholders
