Alpha Hub is a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital focused on transforming private capital markets through innovative technology. The Content Creator role involves producing high-quality written content that engages and educates the audience, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication of the company's offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Article Creation: Research and write three insightful, well-researched articles per week on industry-relevant themes (e.g. private markets trends, fintech innovation, investment strategies), showcasing our expertise and thought leadership
- Social Media Copy: Draft engaging LinkedIn updates and other social media posts aligned with our brand voice, to grow awareness and drive audience engagement. You will develop content in line with our editorial calendar and campaign needs
- UX/UI Microcopy: Work closely with UX/UI designers to write concise, user-friendly interface text (tooltips, button labels, error messages, etc.) that ensures clarity and a seamless product experience
- Help & Platform Documentation: Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides for the Alpha Hub platform. Translate technical features into clear, accessible language that guides users through our product
- Business Development Materials: Support the capital raising and sales teams by developing persuasive content for pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Your copy will highlight Konzortia’s value proposition and market insights to prospective investors and partners
- Email & Campaign Content: Develop targeted email marketing content (newsletters, drip campaigns, funnel emails) in collaboration with the marketing team. Optimize subject lines and copy to improve open rates and click-throughs, helping to nurture leads and support our growth goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional content creation experience (digital, marketing, or technical writing)
- Familiarity with capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or financial technology
- Exceptional command of written English, with the ability to tell a compelling story and simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging copy
- Excellent research skills to gather data and insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- A team player who works well with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders
- A creative problem-solver with a willingness to experiment with different content formats and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- Proven track record as a content writer or copywriter, especially in B2B or technology sectors
- Prior experience in a financial services, fintech, or startup environment
- Portfolio of published work (blog posts, articles, social media campaigns, etc.) demonstrating strong narrative and analytical writing
- Familiarity with the fintech/startup ecosystem and enthusiasm for staying current on industry trends
- Comfortable with basic tools like Google Docs, Slack, and project management software; knowledge of analytics dashboards or SEO tools is a plus
