TSV Consulting LLC is partnering with a late stage health tech start up in the PBM space to hire a Business Development Representative. The role involves enterprise outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach to generate high quality leads in the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise outbound prospecting
- Multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social media)
- Running qualification/discovery conversations
- Sourcing and progressing high quality pipeline
- Translating account research into personalized messaging
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of business development experience in PBM and/or Healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated success in outbound pipeline generation for mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Strong phone presence and executive level messaging skills
- Understanding of outbound sequencing and prospecting strategy
- Experience prospecting to Payers, including PBM's and/or Health Plans
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and other modern sales engagement tools (Zoom, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- College degree or equivalent work experience
