ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Workday Project Manager to lead and stabilize a complex Workday implementation, focusing primarily on Payroll. The role involves unifying efforts across multiple business units, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Workday Payroll and HCM implementation, helping unify efforts across multiple independently run companies
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and local business leaders to understand unique needs and translate them into cohesive project priorities
- Guide the design and build of global payroll interfaces, ensuring accuracy and compliance across regions
- Manage project plans, dependencies, and risk in a flexible, communicative way — keeping all parties aligned without over-engineering process
- Balance structure and autonomy: help individual companies feel supported, not restricted
- Facilitate transparent updates, issue tracking, and resolution across diverse stakeholders
- Partner with the Sr. HRIS Manager and implementation partner to stabilize the environment and achieve a smooth go-live
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 3-5 years leading Workday Payroll or HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, including how they interact with each other
- Proven ability to lead through influence in decentralized or federated organizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to tailor approach to different business cultures
- Experience with global or multi-entity payroll integrations
- PMP or Workday certification preferred but not required
