The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning Innovation is responsible for designing and scaling leadership development and learning capabilities across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the enterprise leadership development strategy across all leadership levels
- Use workforce insights, skills data, and learning analytics to translate business strategy into leadership and capability priorities to support workforce planning and build future-ready talent
- Design and deliver scalable, cohort-based and on-demand leadership programs aligned to CCC’s leadership expectations and business strategy
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to identify priority leadership capabilities and curate targeted development experiences
- Ensure leadership programs integrate coaching, experiential learning, and practical application to drive behavior change and performance impact
- Embed change leadership, adaptability, and coaching skills into leadership development programs to help leaders effectively guide their teams through transformation, including AI-enabled change
- Own the strategy, governance and the evolution of CCC’s employee development ecosystem including learning platforms, content libraries, and digital learning tools and analytics
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and optimization of learning technologies, with a strong focus on AI-enabled learning and personalization
- Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI enablement from a people, skills, and adoption perspective, ensuring leaders and employees are prepared to embrace change and new ways of working
- Leverage learning needs analysis (LNA) and data insights to prioritize investments and continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Ensure enterprise standards for instructional design, content quality, and learner experience
- Oversee the design, curation and maintenance of CCCs core curriculum ensuring high-impact learning content across leadership, professional, and functional skills
- Support the development and scaling of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement curriculum in partnership with business leaders
- Ensure learning experiences are practical, accessible, and aligned to adult learning principles
- Own learning and leadership development vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance management, and renewal decisions
- Curate external content, programs, and partnerships that complement internal capabilities and address emerging skill needs
- Ensure strong governance, cost discipline, and measurable outcomes across vendor-supported initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning leaders, continuously building capability across internal facilitation, leadership development and learning technology and analytics
- Foster strong collaboration across People & Culture, IT, and business functions to ensure learning solutions are integrated and adopted
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development, skill building, and organizational capability needs
