Convene, Inc. is a Tampa based, award-winning technology services organization with a focus on client engagement and revenue growth. They are seeking a Client Success & Growth Manager to lead client retention and expansion efforts across staffing and consulting accounts, requiring strong relationship management and a consultative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary post-sale point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead structured onboarding for staffing and consulting engagements
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (Salesforce, ServiceNow, vCISO)
- Monitor account health and surface expansion opportunities
- Proactively recommend additional resources or services
- Partner with Sales to close account-based growth
- Drive referral generation
- Ensure recruiting flow is aligned with client expectations
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and performance check-ins
- Escalate risks early
- Think beyond fulfillment
- Identify patterns across accounts
- Contribute to growth strategy conversations
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT staffing, IT consulting, or technology services
- Experience managing mid-market client accounts
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Comfortable discussing Salesforce, ServiceNow, or IT services at a business level
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth
