NEOGOV is a fast-growing SaaS leader in the Public Sector, dedicated to serving those who serve the people. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the content and experience of their webinars and virtual programs, focusing on session strategy, storytelling, and post-event content.
Responsibilities:
- Own the content strategy for NEOGOV’s webinar and virtual session programming
- Define session themes, formats, and narratives aligned to product priorities, buyer needs, and campaign goals
- Partner closely with the Events team to ensure session content and delivery align, while Events manages logistics and execution
- Ensure every session delivers clear value, strong storytelling, and measurable impact
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NEOGOV’s market positioning, messaging, and differentiation across all NEOGOV products
- Be prepared to present in a Product Marketing Manager capacity, including product positioning, value propositions, market context, and use cases
- Confidently step into sessions as a subject-matter representative when needed, not just a host or moderator
- Ensure session content accurately reflects product strategy and positioning, even when delivered by other presenters
- Serve as a product and market evangelist across webinars, virtual programs, and select in-person events
- Act as session MC, moderator, and presenter — opening sessions, framing discussions, facilitating Q&A, and maintaining audience engagement
- Confidently represent NEOGOV on camera and on stage, adapting delivery to different formats and audiences
- Identify and recruit presenters across Product, Customer Success, Sales, customers, and external partners
- Prepare speakers through content guidance, run-of-show alignment, and rehearsals
- Set a high bar for credibility and readiness — no scripted fluff, no 'winging it.'
- Own session setup, publishing, and on-demand experiences within ON24, in close partnership with the Events team
- Use ON24’s Intelligence Engine (ACE) and engagement analytics to extend the value of each session beyond the live event
- Ensure on-demand webinar experiences are structured for continued engagement, not passive viewing
- Use engagement insights (polls, Q&A, resource interactions, viewing behavior) to inform follow-on campaigns, content direction, and sales conversations
- Translate session content into campaign-ready assets and experiences aligned to product positioning and buyer needs
- Work closely with Demand Gen, Events, Product, and Sales to align session content to broader GTM motions
- Track and analyze webinar performance across ON24, Eloqua, and Salesforce to understand the full funnel impact of the webinar program
- Monitor and interpret key metrics including registration, attendance, engagement, MQL contribution, pipeline influence, and conversion performance
- Connect engagement behavior in ON24 to campaign performance in Eloqua and downstream outcomes in Salesforce
- Share clear, credible insights on what’s working, what’s not, and why — using data to inform future sessions, messaging, and investment decisions
- Ensure session slides are clear, compelling, and on-brand for both live and on-demand delivery
- Collaborate with presenters to refine messaging and visuals; improve slides directly when needed
- Apply strong storytelling and visual judgment to raise the overall quality of session content
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role
- Proven experience owning webinar or virtual session content — not just supporting execution
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior Product Marketing Manager, including presenting product positioning and market context
- Experience operating in an evangelist or spokesperson capacity, formally or informally
- Hands-on experience with ON24, particularly live and on-demand experiences and engagement analytics
- Experience using Eloqua and Salesforce to track performance, attribution, and funnel impact
- Experience collaborating closely with Events teams in a shared ownership model
- Product marketing credibility — deep understanding of buyers, products, and positioning
- Strong public speaker who is confident presenting on camera and on stage
- High standards for preparation, quality, and authenticity — no 'faking it.'
- Strong storyteller who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Cvent for session scheduling, agenda building, and track management (supporting role)
- Experience marketing to or working within the public sector (government, education, or regulated environments strongly preferred)
- Bonus: leverage design or presentation design experience to elevate polish and consistency
