Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling narratives
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging stories tailored to biotech and pharma audiences
- Create high‑impact scientific content
- Collaborate with scientists, designers, and subject‑matter experts to develop brochures, white papers, web content, videos, and more
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing initiatives that enhance Pharmaron's brand, strengthen market positioning, and generate measurable ROI
- Work closely with digital marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
- Analyze & optimize performance
- Monitor campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact
- Own the marketing strategy for designated service lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Develop and execute long‑term strategic marketing plans spanning content, campaigns, events, and brand positioning
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive data‑informed decision-making to optimize outcomes and demonstrate ROI
- Act as a strategic leader who shapes how Pharmaron is perceived across the global drug discovery community
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on drug discovery experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments
- Experience in a CRO-facing role, marketing, or B2B scientific sales
- Exceptional writing and communication skills-able to simplify complex science for diverse audiences
- Passion to work in a creative environment
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of scientific and marketing trends
