They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Kinaxis S&OP Implementation to drive the implementation of Kinaxis solutions for transforming supply and demand planning across a global manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the global implementation of Kinaxis Maestro, focusing on end-to-end IT project management for demand and supply planning transformation across multiple regions and business units
- Drive ERP integration and data governance initiatives critical to Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring seamless data flows between global ERP platforms (JDE, Oracle EBS, IFS) and the Maestro environment
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints with planning and execution of the initiative to ensure on time delivery and high quality during the Maestro rollout
- Lead global IT teams, manage complex project timelines, delegate technical and functional responsibilities, and ensure successful execution of all Kinaxis Maestro project phases in partnership with business and implementation partners
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making for global stakeholders during and after implementation
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of progressive IT project management experience with a strong background in S&OP and executing large-scale optimization initiatives within manufacturing and technology-driven environments
- Proven expertise in leading enterprise-level supply chain transformation programs, with a focus on end-to-end IT project management methodologies such as Agile and hybrid approaches
- Hands-on experience managing Kinaxis S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) implementations, including overseeing all project phases from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support
- Expertise in ERP integration, with direct experience coordinating seamless data flows and system connectivity between Kinaxis and platforms such as JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle EBS, and IFS
- Demonstrated ability to plan, delegate, execute, and deliver high-impact IT projects independently in fast-paced, global environments, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across business and IT teams and drive successful outcomes in complex, multi-regional projects
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Experience in global manufacturing or industrial environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
