Senior Project Manager

NetSuite, a part of Oracle, is a company that provides integrated business solutions powered by AI and cloud technology. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services’ implementations, ensuring project success from initiation to completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction
• Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge
• Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure
• As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles
• Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
• Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
• Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
• Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility
• Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects

Requirements:

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in project management
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services' implementations
• Ability to drive the delivery of Professional Services engagements according to agreed upon scope, time, and budget
• Experience leading, tracking, and communicating the progress of projects
• Ability to ensure quality delivery of Professional Services
• Experience planning customer specific engagements
• Experience leading business requirements development, review, and signoff process
• Ability to control scope and complete organizational change processes when needed
• Experience ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment
• Experience constructing, presenting, and obtaining signoffs on key results such as project kickoff presentations, project plans, regular status reports, risk and issue logs
• Experience facilitating planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations regarding project scope, delivery model, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and risk management plans
