FYUL is a fast-growing global company that powers on-demand commerce at scale. They are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth within key verticals in the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential partners within the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries for our suite of e-commerce solutions
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our core services: official online stores, Amazon distribution, and wholesale licensed product programs
- Utilize our existing relationship network, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry events, and other creative methods to identify and connect with key decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Licensing, Brand Managers, E-commerce Directors)
- Secure and organize initial discovery calls and meetings, collaborating with Snow leaders to communicate Snow Commerce's value proposition
- Strategically involve Snow Commerce leadership and subject matter experts in prospect discussions to showcase our deep expertise and tailored solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline by diligently following up with prospects on action items and next steps, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Serve as the internal project manager for new business opportunities, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication
- Collaborate closely with internal team members (marketing, operations, design) to prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials for prospects
- Ensure all sales activities and communications are meticulously tracked in our CRM system
- Partner with the marketing team to coordinate and execute targeted outreach strategies that attract and impress prospects
- Contribute to our thought leadership by helping to create and share relevant content, such as LinkedIn posts, website blogs, and industry news analysis
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Snow Commerce positively across professional networks and at industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in enterprise sales closing complex, high-value deals, preferably in the merch-on-demand, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, Google Apps for Business, and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
