Q-Centrix is the largest exclusive provider of clinical data management solutions to acute care hospitals. As a Managing Director on the Enterprise Accounts Team, you will shape and execute the enterprise growth strategy with major health systems, leading teams and overseeing key relationships to drive sales growth and market influence.
Responsibilities:
- Own growth and retention strategy across a portfolio of high-impact enterprise health systems
- Lead and mentor SGMs and PSAs to execute against aggressive growth targets
- Act as a senior executive sponsor for enterprise clients, guiding strategic account planning and multi-year partnership roadmaps
- Influence and support complex deal structuring, negotiations, and renewals at the executive level
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Business Development, Product, Marketing, Clinical Strategy, and Finance
- Contribute to enterprise pricing strategy, product positioning, and innovation roadmap by providing ongoing market feedback
- Represent Q-Centrix at conferences and executive briefings, reinforcing our leadership position in the healthcare data space
- Identify and implement best practices across the enterprise business development function
- As a growth organization, roles and responsibilities often evolve and adapt over time
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account leadership, or business development
- 3-6+ years experience selling or delivering high-value solutions to C-level stakeholders in national or multi-site healthcare systems
- 1+ years of demonstrated success managing large teams and complex partner portfolios in a high-growth, matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of provider networks, healthcare economics, and the clinical data landscape
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking
- Highly skilled at navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and scaling repeatable growth strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs
- Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or MBA
