Motus Recruiting and Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to find a Senior Enterprise Project Manager focused on Medicare and Risk Adjustment. This role involves leading large-scale projects within government health plan operations, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment while managing multiple interrelated projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of large, complex hybrid business/IT programs ( $10–15M annually )
- Drive risk adjustment project management , ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment to government health program requirements
- Manage projects involving Medicare, regulated healthcare environments, and government mandates
- Oversee multiple interrelated projects; manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment
- Track milestones, dependencies, resources, and financials; recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and present project plans, business cases, status reports, and ROI analyses
- Lead and mentor project managers; ensure alignment to PMO best practices
- Promote delivery efficiency, standardization, and cost-effectiveness across programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including leadership of $10M+ initiatives
- Proven experience leading projects involving risk adjustment, Medicare, regulated healthcare, and government health program operations
- Background in strategy consulting, either within a consulting firm or in an internal strategy role
- Strong expertise in budgeting, change management, risk mitigation, and resource planning
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and similar platforms
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent certification (or directly related work experience) required
