TurnKey Lender is a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions and lenders to automate and scale their lending operations. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to create qualified pipeline within priority accounts and support their growth through strategic outbound prospecting and engagement with senior decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Research and prioritize target accounts within defined segments and industries
- Develop personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Engage Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders
- Identify buying groups and build relationships across multiple contacts within target accounts
- Generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities within priority accounts
- Ensure opportunities meet defined qualification standards prior to handoff
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning, prioritization, and outreach strategy
- Track pipeline contribution and opportunity progression
- Execute targeted outreach tied to marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events
- Lead pre-event and post-event outreach for priority accounts
- Provide feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and market response
- Maintain detailed account insights, activity tracking, and qualification notes within CRM
- Use research and data tools to identify new opportunities within accounts
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance and conversion data
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or inside sales
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong research, personalization, and account planning skills
- Confidence engaging senior business stakeholders
- Proven track record of creating qualified pipeline, not just booking meetings
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
