DynPro Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support an in-flight enterprise transformation focused on Market Development Funds (MDF) and Indirect Rebate processes. This role involves acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team, driving execution across testing, documentation, training, and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and a global system integrator to support Salesforce PEM/ChRM implementation
- Lead and execute SIT, UAT, regression testing , and defect triage activities
- Develop and maintain functional documentation , process flows, and user guides
- Support change management through training content creation and delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Assist with go-live readiness , cutover activities, and post-deployment stabilization
- Ensure solutions align with MDF, rebate, and partner incentive business processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data models, and functional configuration
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce programs
- Proven experience leading structured testing cycles and managing defects
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with MDF, rebates, partner incentives, or channel programs
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce PEM and/or ChRM
- Experience working with or alongside a global system integrator
- Background in high-tech, semiconductor, or partner-driven ecosystems
