Staff Technical Project Manager-Financial Systems

Yum! Brands is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud, ensuring a smooth delivery process and mentoring multiple scrum teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee scrum ceremonies and enforce agile best practices across technical teams
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to align on milestones and dependencies
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and resource constraints
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
• Extensive experience in technical project management and agile delivery
• Proven experience as a delivery manager on large enterprise implementations in a global company
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud and enterprise financial systems
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and complex timelines effectively
• PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe)
• Experience managing large-scale ERP or EPM implementations
