NetSuite is a part of Oracle, which leads in AI and cloud solutions. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services’ implementations, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction while leading multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction
- Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge
- Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure
- As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles
- Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
- Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
- Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
- Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility
- Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects
Requirements:
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services' implementations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
- Experience in planning customer specific engagements
- Experience in leading business requirements development, review and signoff process
- Ability to control project scope and complete organizational change processes
- Experience in resolving discrepancies and project roadblocks
- Ability to construct, present, and obtain signoffs on key project results
- Experience in facilitating planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations regarding project scope and timelines
- Experience in risk management and communication plans
