Superior Plus Propane is seeking a results-driven marketing leader to own their North American Residential & Small Commercial lead-generation engine. The role involves designing full-funnel strategies that attract high-value customers, increase conversion, and fuel business growth while leading a talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns for Residential and Small Commercial audiences
- Own the full lead‑gen and nurture strategy—from targeting to conversion
- Create personalized nurture programs that move prospects to sales‑ready
- Improve funnel performance through testing, insights, and segmentation
- Lead a team across acquisition, content, and marketing operations
- Partner with Inside Sales, Brand, and Marketing Ops to improve lead quality and handoffs
- Present insights, strategy, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2C/D2C or residential lead generation & nurturing
- 3+ years leading and developing high‑performing teams
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing
- Proven success driving measurable growth through acquisition strategy
- Strong communicator with experience influencing senior leaders
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
