User Experience Researcher

Software Technology Inc. is focused on innovative digital solutions, and they are seeking a UX Design Researcher to lead the user experience strategy for their fintech products. This role involves working with various design and research teams to enhance consumer experience platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and user experience strategy for the Digital Products in the Fintech vertical
• Create Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans)
• Work with Design Agencies, Product Designers, User Researchers, and Usability Testers
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to design teams

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, usability, and user experience, with at least 8 years of experience in leading design teams and projects
• A portfolio of digital products and experiences that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and user-centricity, preferably in the Fintech domain
• A strong knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
• A familiarity with generative AI/GPT models, LLMs, voice assistants (Alexa, Google, Siri), and conversation AI engines, and how they can be leveraged to enhance the user experience and engagement
• A bachelor's degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions
