Voldex is a leading gaming company focused on Roblox, which is home to several of the top games on the platform. The Marketing Specialist, Growth role will drive user acquisition and optimize creative strategies to enhance the performance of Brookhaven, one of the most-played experiences in Roblox.
Responsibilities:
- Own Roblox discovery and UA performance
- Plan, launch, and analyze thumbnail and page asset experiments
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing windows
- Scale winning creatives; sunset underperformers quickly
- Art-direct thumbnails and page visuals via clear briefs
- Collaborate with designers/contractors to ship variants quickly
- Maintain a consistent experimentation cadence
- Partner with Product to translate roadmap beats into:
- Timers/Countdowns and other event-hype tactics
- Page updates
- Discovery-facing creative
- Coordinate with social/creator teams to amplify update demand
- Ensure updates feel like events, not silent releases
- Build and maintain clear dashboards and weekly learning
- Document patterns, playbooks, and best practices
- Act as the Roblox UA advisor to franchise and product teams
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years experience in performance marketing, growth, or platform optimization
- Proven experience improving CTR, conversion, or discovery performance
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards and experimentation
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Creative, Social)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Roblox or UGC gaming platforms
- Experience in gaming, digital entertainment, or creator-led ecosystems
- Familiarity with social algorithms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts) as demand drivers
- Light creative or content testing experience
