Panorama Education is seeking a versatile, early-career Product Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. The role focuses on driving product adoption and supporting large-scale launch initiatives while becoming an expert in the ed tech and AI market.
Responsibilities:
- Own Mature Products: Support the GTM lifecycle for Panorama's flagship product(s), owning key releases and focusing on retention-driven messaging, feature adoption, and "better together" bundling narratives
- Launch Coordination: Provide project management support for major GTM motions, ensuring that cross-functional checklists are updated, stakeholders are aligned, and timelines are met
- Enablement & Content Support: Keep our standard platform decks, one-pagers, and "What's New" guides updated as the platform evolves
- Expansion & Adoption: Partner with Senior PMMs, customer marketing and demand gen to create campaigns that help current customers expand their use of the Panorama platform and adopt new innovations within their existing workflows
- User-Centric Focus: Write clear, concise copy for in-app announcements, help center articles, and release notes that helps educators adopt new workflows with ease
- Platform Adoption: Maintain the "source of truth" for the platform's current capabilities, ensuring our Customer Success and Support teams have the most up-to-date talking points
- Competitive Tracking: Help maintain our competitive intelligence "source of truth," monitoring market shifts and providing actionable summaries for the platform at large
- Market Research: Support Senior PMMs in gathering customer insights and persona research to help inform future bundling and platform-level positioning
- Feedback Loop Management: Systematically gather feedback from our Support and CS teams to identify "friction points" where users are struggling to adopt the platform
Requirements:
- 1-3 Years Experience: You have a background in Tech, whether in Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Excellence in Articulation and Simplification: You have a knack for taking a technical feature and explaining it so simply that a busy teacher or principal 'gets it' in five seconds
- Detail-Obsessed: You are the person who catches the typo in the release notes and notices when a screenshot in a sales deck is out of date
- Resourceful & Curious: You don't wait for a briefing. You log into the product, click around, and figure out how it works yourself
- High Capacity & High Standards: You move quickly and with quality and inherently push yourself without being asked
