Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer focused on providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion. The Regional Sales Account Manager will drive growth for the Conveyance product line across multiple states by building customer relationships, solving application challenges, and identifying business improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnord’s conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts (TableTop / MatTop / Cambridge), along with connected components such as bearings, gearmotors, and accessories
- Serve as a customer advocate, acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management
- Educate, train, and present the features, benefits, and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy—identify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs, end users, and integrators. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive regional growth
- Apply technical knowledge of Regal Rexnord products to deliver value-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership
- Participate in trade shows, distributor open houses, and customer events as needed to support brand visibility and demand generation
- Research and understand regional market share, competitive activity, and product visibility to support customer education and competitive positioning
- Build and strengthen distributor relationships to increase sales, expand product penetration, and reinforce channel engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years in outside sales
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in industrial automation preferred
- Prefer candidate to reside within AR, OK, TX, or LA; central location preferred
